Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our educational programs and services. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. This applies to all consultation packages and programs.

Refund Process

To request a refund: contact us at info@clearingpurifyau.world within 14 days of purchase, include your order details, and briefly explain your reason. We will process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Free educational materials (guides, frameworks) are not refundable. Completed consultations may be partially refundable if scheduled but not attended (subject to cancellation policy).

Cancellation Policy

Consultation and program bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full amount unless rescheduled.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation or program session at no cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling is available upon request at no additional cost if space permits.

Digital Goods

Downloaded guides and digital materials are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Refunds for digital products must be requested before download.
